I believe everyone can benefit from support and connection, which I strive to provide to my clients. When you schedule a free consultation, we’ll chat about the concerns and goals that led you to reach out and discuss how therapy can be helpful.
I would love to know more about why your previous experiences with therapy weren’t successful. The best predictor of success in therapy is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. It’s critical to pair with a therapist who is the right fit. During our consultation, we will determine if that’s the case. And if not, I will do everything I can to help connect you with a therapist who is.
My relationship with each client is as unique as the client themselves. Therefore, every session is different and based on the needs of the client. All treatment plans and goals will be determined collaboratively, so you’ll have just as much say in shaping our sessions as I do.
This is entirely dependent on the client and their goals. We can work together as long as you are making progress and benefitting from our sessions.
Clients can access the availability calendar via the Client Portal to schedule sessions. You can expect to receive the required paperwork and a link to a HIPAA complaint virtual platform prior to our meeting.
If you have questions you would like to discuss before scheduling you can reach out to me HERE.

I want everyone to have access to quality mental health care. A select number of sliding scale appointments are available for clients unable to pay the full fee. Please reach out, I’d be happy to discuss some options.
